How fast will I get my item?

Automatically, within seconds of the payment being confirmed. Crypto payments usually confirm on-chain in under a minute.

Which payment methods are available?

Whichever the shop has switched on: crypto through CryptoBot, a direct TON or USDT (TRC-20) transfer, Telegram Stars, and YooMoney for card payments. You will see what is available at checkout.

What if the product does not work?

Write to support from the order page and say what is going wrong. We check and issue a replacement. A digital item cannot be returned the way an object can — a key or an access once handed over cannot be taken back — so these are settled with a replacement rather than by undoing the purchase.

Where are my purchases stored?

In the Purchases section of your account — access never expires.
