Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between the shop and the buyer when purchasing digital goods.

2. Goods

All goods are digital and delivered electronically as soon as payment is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is made by the methods the shop offers. An order counts as paid once the payment is confirmed server-side.

4. Responsibility

The buyer agrees to use purchased goods in accordance with their providers' terms.

5. Replacement rather than refund

A digital item is delivered instantly and by its nature cannot be returned: a key, a code or an access once handed over cannot be taken back. If an item does not work or does not match its description, the shop settles it with a replacement.

6. Support

If something is wrong with an item, write to support from your account and we will sort it out.
